Financial aid helps you and your family pay for college by providing funding from federal, state, university and private programs through need- and merit-based awards. Every student is eligible for some type of assistance, including out-of-state, graduate, international, online and military students. While navigating financial aid can feel daunting, the Office of Financial Aid is here to help walk you through the process.

McNeese has awarded, on average, more than $66 million in financial assistance through grants, work-study programs, student loans, scholarships, waivers, and exemptions to over 97% of our student population. The average financial aid package is more than $9,000 for undergraduate students and more than $12,000 for graduate students.
